My printer does a strange “ jump” during QGL I’m at a loss of where to even start to diagnose it everything looks ok it was out of commission for a while had a power failure and that’s when I noticed issue I don’t know if they have anything to do with each other but figured I’d mention

If I had to make a guess, it's an electro-mechanical related issue, sounds like one of the motors is unhappy and stops for some reason. Even if you had a weird QGL config where a corner was inset from the rest, Klipper would only take a direct path to it, not go most of the way on one axis, then take a path across both.

Oh, and I'd count driver current settings under electro-mechanical issues, a bad setting there will cause those issues.

@wide wind so the weird thing is when it did that i let it run a file and print came out fine no issues at all

#

litterally everything was aces one day and shit the next lol

#

and now when it goes to zero z its missing the switch almost same distance it jumps \

I'd really check the belt path for what would be the right motor for issues, assuming that it's the same as a Voron. Can't tell if the belting is the same with the motors being upside down in comparison.

The one motor is stalling at least.

should have lead with that its a voron 2
