A small tip. The files are logs, so they append at the bottom of the file, that you can read it from top to bottom instead of bottom to top.
Your changes are there, but you just used the wrong path add /dev/Serial/by-id/ before the usb-Klipper. In the end it should look like this:
/dev/serial/by-id/usb-Klipper_stm32g0b1xx_100014001850425938323120-if00
