My CR Touch was working fine until I swapped locations performing a reflash of Mainsail image on Rspi Imager. This was of course before I knew about creating supplicant.conf.

Never used a BL Touch, and never will ...
Maybe a printer specific discord that uses that kind of probe will get you answers faster
And no flashing MainsailOS will not solve it as you talking about a klipper functionlity

It really depends on the printer, at my Voron I use a Voron tap, at the flush a klick switch style probe
