I'm trying to setup klipper & mailsail on my printer.
I have succesfully install everthink on my PI, and now i want to flash my new mother board. But nothing work. i have try with sd card & usd stick, even other firmware and factory firmware nothing seems to change.

Send a screenshot of the settings you chose inside make menuconfig, the OS you used to format the sdcard and also the sdcard size
An exact board would be good too, as there is no mks v3.1. I think you mean the MKS Robin Nano V3.1?

This is the config I use, i format the sd on windows 10 and the card was 16Go
And you the baord is the MKS Robin Nano V3.1

Never activate extra low-level configuration if not explicitly mentioned in those files:

Also try a smaller SD card, 16GB might be too big 🤷♂️
