hello everyone im new to this dicord and was hoping to get some help. I've installed the 32 bit mainsail os on my pi4b and done my firmware for the kobra 2 with a Trigorilla_Pro_B_V1.0.2 but despite running both "ls /dev/serial/by-id/" and "ls /dev/serial/by-path/" and pasting the results of either in the my printer config, I still can't seem to get the dang thing to connect. I've included my klippy.log but I can't make heads or tails of it.

if you dont see your board in ls /dev/serial/by-id/ or ls /dev/serial/by-path/, then you could have 2 issues. first: your usb cable is broken, second: you flashed your board incorrectly.
pls post the output of lsusb (while printer is on and connected to the pi).
pls also post the board name (or a picture of it) and a screenshot of your make menuconfig settings.
