I had a webcam that works normally and I decided to put the second one: the fist webcam doesn´t connect but the second (the new one) does
#second webcam doesn´t work

they are very different in person, but through ssh they seem to be the same
I have already tried the configuration for two identical cameras

One cam is /dev/v4l/by-id/usb-Vimicro_Corp._HBVCAM_FHD_CAMERA-video-index0 and the other is /dev/v4l/by-id/usb-HRY_USB_Camera_20221027-video-index0
Overall you defined the wrong /dev/video devices
If you look into your log you can find the correct ones
But you should always use /dev/v4l/by-id paths with multi cam
same problem
Ok now to the next problem then. You can only use resolution and fps that are shown inside the crowsnest.log
The resolution and fps are both not mentioned once for your cams
What resolution should I use?
It's your decision, but you should choose one from the supported list, that is shown inside the log
thanks
If it's still not working after that. Send a log with delete_log: true and log_level: debug set inside your crowsnest.conf
not working yet
So your log doesn''t show the changes I told you to do
Did you hit save & restart?
Where I can find that?
?? may be the problem?
Write that into an ssh console
No
No need to ping me. I will get to you, when I have time
sorry for that
Now run sudo systemctl restart crowsnest
Then please close this post
okay
