for the setting "GPIO pins to set at micro-controller startup" what do i input for an Ender 3 v2 board. Img is the settings I found when using the config file for 2020 Creality Ender 3 v2. Thank you for any help provided

If there is no hint in the cfg, then no.
As an example a cfg for a BTT SKR Mini E3 V2 -> https://github.com/Klipper3d/klipper/blob/bb4711c5d31e8159945f945c662e6668059a174f/config/generic-bigtreetech-skr-mini-e3-v2.0.cfg#L5
There is a line added to setup some GPIO pin, but it is not neccessary in your case!
