Hello I'm trying to use the filament change option of cura , the printer pause itsefl , I change the filament then I hit resume but then it stops because the temp is not high enough what can I do .

You need to change your pause macro to save the current temp, and then change resume to heat up to that temp if necessary. Presumably you want something for the M600 macro to move the head out of the way as well.

thanks I just looked that I had that but I also had a pause macro in my printer.cfg

I recommend to delete that PAUSE macro completely inside the printer.cfg as you already got it inside the mainsail.cfg, at least if you didn't remove it
Then I would define the M600 as follows:

[gcode_macro M600]
gcode:
    PAUSE
