Can someone please interpret this? Not sure how to fix.

How do you mean interpret this? We can't even see the whole mesh. We can only say you what you can see yourself there.
At the highest point it's like 0.147mm to high and the lowest point is 0.089mm to low. Seems like a normal warped bed to me.
Maybe it's pulling the edges down as you are using bed clips maybe? Or it could be just a bit dirty, maybe there is something beneath your print surface or just a warped bed.
It could be anything. Try to loosen or tighten the bed screws and see how it changes. If the difference stays nearly the same. It could be something beneath the print surface or the bed is warped a bit. Bed warping isn't something you can fix as every bed is warped. The best thing you can do is a glass bed as glass should be just flat but that comes with it's own downsides.
