BTT EBB36 Canboard STm32 Programmer "Failed download"

Hi! I don't know if this is the right room, but I am kind of stuck and would need your assistance, please. I am trying to install a canboard EBB 36 v1.1on my extruder of a Voron 2.4. Somebody directed me into this tutorial, which I am trying to follow precisely: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FELCN8CbWA Still at the end I get this error: Can you help please?
