I noticed in the Machine tab the logs are not showing KlipperScreen logs even when I change the Config File screen to show the logs folder. I have verified that KlipperScreen.log is in my ~/printer_data/logs.

yes. only klipper, moonraker and crowsnest are in this panel

You can access any log by switching to the log folder
