mainsail does not backup printer.cfg or other files automatically. hide backup is off.

yes. mainsail shouldn't backup files

there is no funktion in mainsail to backup anything...

one printer backup the files, the other one no

this only happens, when you click on SAVE_CONFIG in the topbar (after pid or bed_mesh_calibrate). the editor doesnt backup anything.
