My rpi will flicker that its reading the usb drive but wont go online does anyone know what this could be. there may or may not have been a spark when i connected something wrong my guess is that the communication module is shorted.

I dont really know what the problem is its stuck on that line
the _ keeps blinking on the next line like its waiting for something to load

Have you checked that the prio is set correct
There is a special image in the rpi imager to set that up

Can you use a fresh plain image on a other stick (so that you do not lose data)

I used 2 different usbs 1 I bought new if thats what you ment

or reimage a usb that already had it on

What ever fit you better, use a fresh usb if you have one (I am not sure if you have any data you need to rescue). My point is use a fresh image to insure that the image on your so drive is not broken

That’s normal than you complete booted
You now could login with a keyboard or ssh in or open your browser and use mainsailos.local
