Hey, just got my new 4.2.7 board for my Ender 3, finished installing klipper & mainsail on it, but it seems that klipper can't communicate with the mcu as the photo shows, in my printer.cfg, the serial path for the mcu is /dev/serial/by-id/usb-1a86_USB_Serial-if00-port0 as the example shows, and it does show on my raspberry pi when I list it
The mcu is also flashed

#

I'm not entirely sure is the mcu is flashed, but the printer motors are working, since I can't move any axis, and the screen does power on

#

lsusb also shows it

then its not flashed successfully

#

pls use the search. there was already some posts about flashing this board

It seems that I don't have the same problem as others

#

My printer does appears in /dev/serial/by-id/...

This is normal with the ender boards, because they use a ch340 UBS to serial chip. If you don't see it, your creality board is dead

oh sorry, forgot to answer you..
actually, my micro-usb to micro-usb cable was half-dead, so it wasn't working when I was touching the cable a little bit

#

but now it works well :)
