Hey all - I just got my printer out of storage after 7 months waiting for my house to be built. I got it up and running - but upgraded klipper and mainsail.
Now I can't edit my printer.cfg from the machine drop down list and I can't upload any gcodes. I have have ssh'd into the pi and the directory structure and configs are different. I can find all my config files and the machine even homes.. but I can't upload and when I try it says it can't... what do I have to do? I am using a rpi 4 and all my old gcodes are still there... but I am very confused and would appreciate any help.

I found a post that said this was do to a moonraker update?
how do I undo this?
or better still... I can get all config files (klicky probe and more)... should I rebuild this?

You can not undo that!
Moonraker forces a structure as seen here https://moonraker.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation/#data-folder-structure
I am at work so no time now. But we will help you later. Normally all files are reachable and workable
