Hey Community

I am looking to log/record the temperature values during a print. I run most print overnight and would like to review the temp values.

The idea is to :

  1. identify if the hotend struggled to keep temp during long high flow periods
  2. Understand how the champer temps are effect during the night cooling of the room
  3. If the electrical components are kept cool enough during long print.

It is very difficult to have any idea of these values without sitting next to the printer the during the night.

Log / Record temps

pseudo field

The only practical way here (that I see) is to use moonraker‘s MQTT feature and log that in a smart home environment

But all these temps are visible in the klippy.log, so a script to extract that out of the log could be an easier way
