which klipper version do you use?

little temple
#

v0.10.0-515

ruby ermine
#

pls update klipper

little temple
#

Okay well I'm on the middle of a 14 hour print so I can try that later. What is the min version? Normally if a new min version is needed it is mentioned in release notes and since there wasn't one I didn't feel it necessary to update the klipper install.

ruby ermine

the most of the time you also have to update klipper and moonraker, when you will update mainsail, because new functions are based on new functions from klipper or moonraker.

i also recogniced, that i have missed to update the minKlipperVersion in mainsail. so you dont see an notifications, but you should have one...

Yeah I purposely avoid updating klipper unless I have to because I have had updating it break things in the past. So since your release notes didn't mention a new minimum version I thought it was safe to update it without cascading updates. I can't test updating klipper for a while but definitely wouldn't have bothered updating mainsail if I had known this ahead of time. Or at least not done it in the middle of the week when I can't dedicate a ton of time to it

ruby ermine
#

sometimes i build in functions which are only works with a newer klipper version and without it, you just dont see it....

ruby ermine
#

ok... found the issue... will be in the next bugfix release. or you can update klipper to fix it

little temple
#

okay

ruby ermine
#

@little temple if you issues is fixed, pls close this post.

I have been having this issue as well but noticed going to any panel other than dashboard and then back to dashboard it starts showing. If the page is refreshed or closed you have to do it again. I'm on the latest version of everything as of about 10 hours ago.

On desktop UI, the layer information shows in the status panel. On mobile, the layer info does not show.
