Disclamer: This is not a post to take any shots at developers or anyone for that matter, just a cry out of a player who likes playing good smp servers!!

We want updates on the smp not just empty promises ! It has been weeks since anything was done, please get on with it and start working on the server because it has huge potential. Weve lost the player base there was since the open and now its max 3-7 ppl online. New players are discouraged from playing because others tp kill, to combat that u can add grace period where even if u die u dont loose items or lives (1 st death only). Add more items to the /shop . Make the server playable again... I game for fun and don't consider my time wasted , but at this point i feel like i have.. I dont want it to close down since ive sank in a good 6 days of actual playtime (i have 14 days total obviously large amount of it is me being afk) Upvote if you agree with me SMP Gang!!

but regardless @storm citrus it was aimed to be weekly updates, life happens and stuff goes on in the bg, and tp traps are kinda expected

i agree life does happen but right now it feels like the server has been left for dead .... its a replay of the last one where i was in top 5 of play time, but because of lack of updates every1 quit .. all i ask is for something to happen so the players keep having a goal to play for. As well as i benefit to have players to play with so do you with players paying for in game items/ranks. Its a win-win. Also the reason you are loosing players is the same for the whole server .... with these weekly updates all we got is people abusing a missed plugin where you are able to craft god apples... in return people who actually abused this instead of reporting it got their gold refunded????? i find this quite mad. Dont get me wrong i like playing in this server and it just pains me seeing it dying.. On topic of tp killing, you are right though you could add the Dont trust any1 message pop-up every time you log in to remind and warn players not to be so naive.

at the very least let us know that there will be delays in updates...

yea, fair, for future gaps in updates we'll do so, saying in the updates channel no update this week or sumn along those lines, and to be fair though, the god apples being craftable was hidden in one of the plugins jar files and had no config option to turn it off, we didnt even know it was in there. I had to recompile the jar myself to remove it

(there are some public plugins we use, not everything is in-house lol)

sooo giving abusers gold back is a good way to handle the issue? im sorry i dont want you to think im having a go at you guys i know its not easy to run a server but i hope you can understand that its a bit discouraging to keep on playing with stuff like that going on ..

they got the gold legit, raided bastions (checked block mine logs)

besides, we did make them go thru some effort to actually get their gold back, gave it back in raw block form :P
