keep inventory for hunter in manhunt gamerules

you see when we launch a game of manhunt we can change the freeze time of hunter and change a lot of other thing
it would be great if we could put keep inventory for hunter or no
this will reduce rage quit and make some games with good runner more interesting
also if we could add a timer before hunter respawn

in the game setting i could put the option "keep inventory ON" and then put "hunter respawn timer 60sec"

would make games more fun for hunter who have difficulties

i have some difficulties expressing my ideas since i'm not english

so maybe this is hard to comprehend
