Add a casual gamemode version of the speedrune gamemode so people don't have to have a party to speedrun

It's Inefficient for us to have a solo speedrun category/gamemode. Simple as that. It'd Just take up resources serverside

To My Knowledge ,Nope. The Challenges are meant to be ran on the server, pretty much always in a duo style mode, team challenges type deal, to get them done faster
