The name of my old account was fredo_bar with the ocolus name being the same or Freddie. I’ve recently bought a new Vr and don’t have the email for my old account so help would be appreciated.

If your account is linked to your old Meta account, you need to have access to your old Meta account to continue using that account.
You can link an email to it when you are logged in which will allow you to use that same account on other devices, but you can only link it while logged in.
Work with Meta's support team to recover your Meta account if needed.
