I can't log in into my acc because the first screen that shows to me when I launch the game is this one, I tried reinstalling and verifying local files. Still stuck here.

I was testing some nvidia configs to fix my 60fps lock on PC and acidentally logged out, when I was logging in I clicked "login via steam" and got stucked here

If you tried logging in with steam, maybe your steam age is wrong or not verified or something like that?

I know you meant to login with email, not steam, but since you did press steam, maybe it is now connected to your steam in some way.
Idk, maybe you need to reset your steam age or something like that.
