I’m trying to transfer gems to a friend but won’t let me (I’m trying to send 50 but keeps saying I gem available to transfer but I have 400 gems)

The gems you get from the Season pass as well as for making a new account cannot be transfered

When you make a new account, you are provided with gems. These gems are non-transferable, meaning you cannot give them to other players.

Same goes for gems earned in the Season Pass. Those are non-transferable as well
