I'm not sure if it's supposed to work like that, but i thought i should mention it. I tested it by using (Suppressor of Magic) on a (Killer Bee of Urwuste)

I'd say this is not a bug. The effect already happened in that the creature was not sleeping. It would be like suppressing a plunder creature who already plundered or a mastery creature after you used the mastery.

Technically the Amped removes the Exhausted state. So getting supressed after having Exhausted removed shouldn't re-Exhaust them.
