Most likely it's me doing something wrong, but I have no idea how or where I can buy gems.
When I try to make a purchase in the game I get a message that I should make the transaction in the Quest app, while in the mobile app I don't see the purchase option at all.
I love Cards&Tankards and would like to support the development of the game, but it looks like it's not such an easy task as one could expect 😅

@solid saddle That's exactly right. It seems that I have the option to pay via PayPal, but I don't use this form of payment and would prefer to use a card though.

Unfortunately, this is an issue with Meta and is not something we can solve. You would have to contact their customer support for it. It's a bug on their end saying to purchase from the mobile app, as that is not a feature they offer for App Lab games.
However, if you have access to a PC, you could make the purchase on your account from Steam instead.
