I had to disable "Confirm destructive operations" because the confirm prompt isn't showing up for me in the VSCode Official Claude Code extension.
Not sure what's going on with it. All I know is what Claude is telling me. I restarted VSCode 'n everything. It's working after unchecking that box, but it's a scary operation.
I also tested with "Yolo" mode in VSCode, and that didn't work either to bypass that prompt auto-cancel.

I believe I fixed this already with a PR. If that got merged, we're good.
