I would say NextUI is fine for a personal project, but if you're doing something serious I would refrain from using it until it gets out of beta, just to be safe.
Other than that I really like MaterialUI https://mui.com/ and ChakraUI https://chakra-ui.com/. Both have official examples/templates for using it with Next.js
