Hey everyone,
I’ve been working on something called Tasks by GoVisionary, a productivity tool built mainly for developers and small teams.
After years of using tools like Notion, Trello and Todoist, I always felt like I was jumping between apps just to manage one workflow. Notes in one place, tasks somewhere else, docs scattered around. It never really felt smooth, so I decided to build something that keeps everything together.
The idea is simple. Boards where you can manage tasks, notes, todos and links in one place, with proper structure like priorities, statuses and due dates. There’s also Markdown for technical notes, Kanban and calendar views, a built in Pomodoro with focus mode, and an AI assistant that understands your board context. For teams, there are shared boards, roles, real time updates, chat, GitHub integration and more.
I’m building it with Next.js and Supabase for database, auth and storage.
It’s free for personal use and there’s a paid plan for team features.
I’m building this solo, so I’d really appreciate any honest feedback. UX, missing features, anything that feels off.
