#Vercel account help!

Hi @native pollen. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.
It sounds like you’re hitting Vercel’s signup protection flow, which is expected in some cases.
Vercel uses extra security and verification during account signup. When there’s an issue, you may see an error and be asked to fill out a form. In that case, Vercel asks you to go to the Account Recovery form at:
<https://vercel.com/accountrecovery> [Login/signup issues]
On that page, explain that you’re unable to sign up and include any details about the project you’re trying to deploy. Vercel may also email you with more information and next steps after you submit the form. [Login/signup issues]
If you still need help after that, you can also check the general support options here: <https://vercel.com/guides/how-to-get-vercel-support.> [Get support]
Note: you can ask me a follow up question by @ mentioning me again :speech_balloon:
@native pollen Kapa.ai is still learning and improving, please let me know how I did by reacting below.
@median crown Submitted the appeal how much long it take to support contact me
Let me check the knowledge base for you again. Give me one moment! :books:
Vercel doesn’t give an exact timeframe for responses to individual signup/account recovery appeals, but there is some general guidance about support response times.
Support tickets are handled in the order they’re received, and the wait time depends on your plan:
- Hobby and Pro plans are not covered by an SLA, so response time can vary depending on queue volume. [Support queue time]
- Enterprise customers with a support plan/SLA are in a separate queue with guaranteed response times. [Support queue time]
