This is probably going to be a shot in the dark, but does anyone have any ideas as to what can be going on here?

It is happening in both iOS safari and chrome regardless of ios version

The issue does NOT arise on desktop at all. There is no errors / logging throw when this issue happens either.

It occurs RANDOMLY between pages... not a single page throws it over and over
