Parsing a CSV file in Next.JS

I'm trying to parse a CSV file and show its contents on my webapp. I THINK I made an API route even though I barely know what it does still. After 3+ hours though I just can't get this to work and it's really destroying my motivation. I just desperately want to know what I'm doing wrong. Also, yes I know that there's a path error in the page.tsx and I don't even know why the module isn't being found when the file is RIGHT there.
