useReportWebVitals issue

useReportWebVitals is only calling for FCP & TTFB unless i click on the page.
After clicking event, it calls for FID & LCP.
FID is also affected by "when" i make the click event.
and after a bit of delay, CLS & INP are shown.

what is this behaviour :\
