Don't have permission to view database secrets?

Hi there, I'm following the Dashboard tutorial and have set up the database, but when trying to get the env variables it tells me I don't have permission - which feels strange because it's my project and my account. Is it only possible to view them on initial setup? (I navigated away from the page after creating the DB)
