Learn NextJS setup link not working

npx create-next-app@latest nextjs-dashboard --use-npm --example "https://github.com/vercel/next-learn/tree/main/dashboard/starter-example"

but it says Could not locate the repository for "https://github.com/vercel/next-learn/tree/main/dashboard/starter-example". Please check that the repository exists and try again.
