NextJS Web Design Resources

Hello, I’m relatively new when it comes to using resources such as tailwind and next for building my projects. I was wondering if there are any specific resources I could look for which can taylor to the design and appearance of my websites. Currently I managed to get a handle on responsive design to an extent and built my first working site.

Although I want to ask if theres any other websites or packages I could install to have better effects throughout my web page : example being animations, noise, models, etc. My current web page seems mediocre at the moment and I want more to show for it.
