I put the favicon.ico file in the /src/app folder as usual, but it is not showing up and it is displaying the default chrome "globe" favicon. Does anyone know how to fix this? This is the first time something like this happened.

favicons are cached really aggressively, so you'd have to use another browser, probably in incognito mode to have a chance of locally testing changes to the favicon.

I tried that now but it still doesn't work for some reason

#

I had some issues with caching before but this time it isn't even loading any favicons

#

It's like there is no favicon at all

Then you have to share how you exactly set up the favicons as it's possible you may have a mistake

It was a localization mistake I managed to fix it now

#

Its my first time doing localization so I didn't realize

#

Instead of looking for favicon at /favicon.ico it was looking at /{locale}/favicon.ico so I just changed the middleware code to not add localization to favicon route

#

I'll close this now, thanks
