suggest skeleton loading for FCP.
fix LCP issue for hero logo image

this screenshot and my lighthouse say FCP is bad on mobile.

i guess speed index can be improved with loading as well.

lighthouse checkes all performances as low level, so mobile is bad even it's same code.
