#Multi-Step Form Navigation Issue - Continue Button remains Disabled on 2nd Step

I need some help with making my continue button get enabled when the user reaches Step 2, which itself is split into 2 parts.

The button works fine for navigating from Step 1 to Step 2 once the required data fields are filled but currently when I reach the 2nd step and I choose the user role it won't let me proceed any further.
