#UI libraries in real world applications

You’ve already pointed the benefits out so I’ll just address the concerns. These libraries are pretty customizable and there isn’t much you can’t override.
I’ve built several marketing sites for clients using these UI libraries and had no issue “standing out.” And unless your direct competitors are also using these libraries out of the box you’ll probably be fine. If you truly wanted to be recognized for your website design I’d try to avoid ready-made components like these.
In other words, you won’t be winning any design awards with these libraries but you’ll be MVP ready sooner.
