Did you try with full numbers instead of decimals?

Yes, I've tried to round numbers too, the same thing, but on reload error disappears and no longer happens unless I close window.

I've noticed one weird thing too that while running with next build / next start... it doesn't appear at all. Could it be related to more aggressive cache handling or something like that?
