Can you put an if statement inside inline style?

im trying to achieve something where i want to set the color to as is if the navbar is on a smaller size but if its for medium to large size it will change color

navbar is changing colors when scroll occurs, so now if its on a smaller screen size i want the color of the text and navmenu to stay white.
