Installation Error (shadcn)

Hey there! Won't lie, newbie here

Been following a tutorial and they recommended install something called shadcn-ui, seems to just be boilerplate stuff for web interactibles. I'm getting an error on the installation and it seems to be upstream from me, see nothing in the docs about this or even other users with this issue.

The docs say to run this exact command but still nothing. Any insight would be lovely!

Yes I realize this is not Next.js's fault but figured this is the best place to start
