form submit bug?

So i have this code for a form, whenever u submit it, the values get sent to me in an email. However, cuz i use email js for the sending part idk if i ask here. Anyway, on submittion, reroutes me to a page that doesnt exist but, the submit function passed into onsubmit from the form it straight from email js docs.
