I am re-developing one web application. Nextjs with PostgreSQL. Active users approx 3000 daily.

it depens where to host Next.js. You should avoid Prisma in case of Vercel serverless, while you can go with it if it's self-hosted. one reason is connection pooling, which won't work with serverless, thus Vercel and Neon tweaked it to have the connection pool in the DB side to connect via websocket.
