Seems like! I am still running a cache issue -i think- but its deploying with the issue. Thanks for the help!

@dusk shadow Sorry to take some of your time again, I still cant fix the errors... I dont think it has to do with the caps sensitive only...

I thought it was the building so I deleted the node_modules folder and built it again... have done stuff like that to try figure it out and nothing

The site gets published online... but without any svg... img and gifs get render

SOLVED IT! git config core.ignorecase false made it!
