If you decide to go with this option, you can directly communicate with designer about what you want from design, what you like and what not. The only downside is designer would most likely charge some money for services (and it might be big sum)

Yes, that is the problem, as I am in the initial stage of my career.
Then, unless you find designer who is ready to work on this project for fun or for portfolio, it is not suitable option for you
You can look at other sites of similar theme and imitate designs they have. Not exactly perfect option, as they might use their designs just because they know nothing better, but if it works for them, it will for you too
Not just copy, but do similar
Yea I guess I should do that only for the time being
