#How to organize the project structure for scalability?

I understand this is pretty vague, but I am struggling to find proper resources learn/read to organize my project structure. I am trying to build a social media app like Reddit, if that helps.
It has a home screen where all the posts land, post-detail page with comments, profile page.

My goal is to (try) to write clean code, when the time comes to hand off/discuss to a team member, its easier for them to understand.

(I am not a web developer, but a data scientist. Hence the struggle I guess 🥹)
