sorry, I must be asking my question in a very unclear way.

The docs specifically say this at the moment:

The Next.js team is working on a new RFC for mutating data in Next.js. This RFC has not been published yet.

I'm specifically curious to see when a mutating data RFC will be released. Is there a timeframe or roadmap for that?
