sometimes the app switcher doesn't focus on something and close until you manually click on a window (releasing alt+tab doesn't work)

how to replicate: press alt+tab 2 times, every time after the first will not be focussed on and releasing will not close it or focus onto the selected app

also seems to happen when pressing alt+tab too fast, where perhaps the keys are released before the menu finishes opening not registering it should('ve) close(d)

The issue of not auto closing was the same of popups not closing on focus loss
