Notification icons appearing on taskbar even when no notifications

I'm not sure sure if this is part of native taskbar but when notifications appear there's always an icon that appears on taskbar called "new notification", when I close all the notifications the "new notification" icon just stays there

just restart the app, should be gone. will be fixed for v2.4
